RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

When purchasing products on the website as a customer you are always offered a  30 day withdrawal period. This means that the customer has the right to cancel any purchase by notifying Culina Fina by e-mailing info@culinafina.com within 30 days from when the customer  received the product ordered. 

WARRANTY AND COMPLAINTS

If we have made a mistake, or if the goods have been damaged during shipping, please contact us as soon as possible at info@culinafina.com so that we can arrange for either a refund or a replacement. We will do our best to set things right straight away!
